PRIVACY POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

+ DIGITAL DESIGN
- If the final product has paid fonts, legally it will not be possible for us to deliver the editable files, unless the client makes the corresponding payments for the font packages.
- The digital design service does not include the printing service. It must be independently priced.
- When contracting this service, vector files (Adobe Illustrator or PDF) will be delivered, as well as files exported in JPG, PNG and / or TIFF formats.
- In order to achieve a correct display, the final files should only be delivered in RGB color mode.
- In case the client has contracted a digital design service and plans to print the media on their own, RATA DISEÑO will deliver the files in CMYK color mode, as long as we are notified from the beginning.
- If the art requires the use of photographs, these must be provided by the client in a minimum resolution of 150 DPI and a maximum of 300 DPI in real size.
+ PRINTING SERVICE
- In order to print correctly, final files should be delivered in CMYK color mode only.
- Colors in print can be aberrated by up to 7%.
+ PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
- Due to high demand, our stock of promotional products is constantly updated, including new products and others running out temporarily or permanently. In order to be able to respect delivery times and prices offered, we require you to place your orders under "formal purchase order" or corresponding payments as soon as possible.
+ WEB DESIGN
- The type of website package and its characteristics will be detailed in the quote sent by RATA DISEÑO.
- Customer support will start from the first moment the project starts until the end of it. RATA DESEÑO supports you by providing advice on the design and image that surround your product, guiding you on the best tools to exploit it to the fullest, such as the graphic line to follow, semiotics, foundations of the fonts used, among others. RATA DESEÑO will not be obliged to provide technical support in particular cases of the client's personal devices or equipment, it will only do so remotely on the server where the page is hosted.
- The contracted plan may be scaled if a higher transfer rate or more space is required in email accounts. That update in the service must be cleared entirely, having made a breakdown and adjustment of the remaining months.
- Both the hosting service and the domain service will have a period of at least 12 months, up to 48 months. Once these services have been contracted, there may be no cancellations.
- RATA DISEÑO reserves the right to register domains that could be insulting or vexatious.
- RATA DISEÑO is not responsible for penalties or blocks imposed on the client's services derived from misusing its page or email, such as Phishing, Spamming, Hacking or any variant of “digital terrorism”.
+ BASIC PHOTO RETOUCHING
- The design service provided by RATA DISEÑO includes a basic photo retouching of up to 10 images at no extra cost. This retouching consists of resizing, basic lighting correction, color and details. If more elaborate work on the photographs will be needed, such as photocomposition, photomontage or backgroung removing, this service should be quoted independently.
+ DELIVERY TIME
- Delivery times depend directly on the complexity of the requested projects. These times are detailed at the bottom of the quote sheets sent by RATA DESEÑO, or, in the case of digital design, they may be delivered earlier if it is handled as an URGENT concept with an additional 20% to the total value of the work.
- Delivery times start once RATA DESEÑO has received all the necessary materials to work, such as information, images (if applicable), fonts (if applicable), manuals (if applicable), etc.
- As a complement to the previous point, delivery times will start once the advance payment is done or the deposit has been satisfactorily cleared in out account.
- In case the client decides to modify graphic elements, information or compositions during the march, the delivery time must be recalculated.
+ QUOTES, PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT DEPOSITS
- When requesting a project, RATA DISEÑO will send you a quote of the service to be provided, the delivery times, amounts and payment conditions will be detailed as fully as possible. Any issue not included in the quote should be dealt with personally and directly with any member of our team, who will gladly help you clear up your doubts.
- All quotations will be valid for 7 business days, after this time, the works must be quoted again.

- PayPal: As a third-party service, the percentages and commissions vary according to the amounts to be received. We ask you to indicate that your payment will be done on this platform so you can receive the updated quote for your project.
- In relation to digital design services, the payment must be covered with a 50% advance and 50% once the material is received.
- In relation to printing services, the payment must be covered with a 70% advance and 30% once the material is received, which cannot be delivered if the percentage corresponding to the against delivery (30%) is not covered at the time and if not signed as received.
+ CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
- iZettle: As a third-party service, the percentages and commissions vary according to the amounts to be received. We ask you to indicate that your payment will be done on this platform so you can receive the updated quote for your project.
+ ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- The services could present changes in prices, plans and / or delivery times with prior agreement between RATA DISEÑO and the client. Everything is managed in a bidirectional and transparent way. You will never receive hidden or unexpected charges.
- Each design project includes 3 series of changes. In the case of requiring more, the work must be re-quoted.
- In the event of changes, updates, or modifications in products delivered, each of them must be independently priced.
+ CLAIMS AND RETURNS
- Once the client approves the work, RATA DISEÑO is not responsible for any errors detected after delivery, whether in information, arrangement, treatment, image selection, counts, quality, among others. So it is advisable to verify the deliveries in detail.
+ SERVICE DENIAL FOR INTERNAL ETHICS
- RATA DISEÑO will not carry out projects for illegal activities according to current Mexican laws.
- RATA DISEÑO will not carry out projects whose direct intention is to harass individuals or groups.
- RATA DISEÑO will not carry out projects that intentionally violate society.
- RATA DISEÑO will not carry out projects designed to promote any form of animal cruelty, regardless of whether it is beliefs, customs, art or sport.
+ PROMOS
- Free t-shirt: It will apply when buying a logo, isotype or imagotype design, as well as in contracting services for web page design. Limited to one piece per contract. The delivery of the promotional will go from 5 to 7 business days after paying the work totally. The sizes available to choose from are S, M or L with short sleeves and in white or black to choose from. The delivery method must be agreed between RATA DISEÑO and the client once there are no debts in the payments.
- Refer and win: For each service that your recommended contracts with RATA DESEÑO, you will get a discount on your next quote. Applying only for digital services, excluding with this, hosting and storage, printing and / or production services. The discount will be applied only once on the price of each contracted medium. There will be no limit on hiring.
- Discount for COVID: The discount will range between 10% and 30% depending on the design service that is quoted and will apply only for digital services, excluding with this, hosting and storage services, printing and / or production. - All active promotions will be indicated on the page www.larataweb.com/promos.html. Once each promotion is no longer valid, it will be removed from the section indicated above.
+ DONATION PROJECTS
- The reception of applications will be ranked according to the needs of the beneficiaries, as well as their possible impact on society.
- Being a totally free social project, RATA DISEÑO suggests that, to the extent possible, the beneficiary makes a completely optional donation in kind to animal shelters, associations, organizations or vulnerable groups that may need help as well.
- RATA DISEÑO will do its best to deliver the products in the best times, however, these could be affected by internal workloads.
- RATA DISEÑO will provide advice and finished products only digitally. The beneficiaries must pay for printing of manufacturing.
+ LEGAL ASPECTS
- The name "RATA DESEÑO", its logo and variants are a registered trademark. Its use or partial or total reproduction for profit is prohibited.
- The graphic examples shown in www.larataweb.com under all its subpages are merely illustrative and belong to their respective brands, companies and owners.
- RATA DISEÑO is not responsible for possible misuse of produced materials during or after their delivery.
